Reiki concepts:
At least for today:
Do not be angry,
Do not worry,
Be grateful,
Work with diligence,
Be kind to people.
The Reiki symbols Dai Ko Myo and Sei Heki (Se He Ki) are the two primary Yantras of what is often referred to as the Western or Takata style of Reiki. You can learn more about Reiki here and its founder Mikao Usui. Most practitioners on the U.S. mainland today come from the lineage of Usui, Hayashi and Takata.
I put together the tuning process for the Reiki symbol Sei Heki and Dai Ko Myo for the benefit of all Reiki practitioners who work with the Traditional symbols that were passed on to the West from Chujiro Hayashi. You can tune a silicone wristband for each symbol:

Wear them on opposite hands when performing the hand positions for self healing and sharing healing with others. My suggestion is wearing the tuned Dai Ko Myo wristband on the right wrist and the tuned wristband for Sei Heki on the left. You will not be disappointed and will feel an enhancement in the flow of loving and healing energy.
I was brought up to teacher level with the Western form of Reiki beginning with Radiance Technique and finishing with an independent teacher. That was years ago. These days my field of interest is in self healing and matching molecular magnetic fields.
You will be pleasantly surprised performing the hand positions for self healing while wearing both tuned wristbands. As Yantras, in the form of a designer molecular magnetic field, they remind one of what Reiki feels like and what to key on in a gentle manner. In the past, teachers would perform an attunement with their students on a consistent basis. This is a somewhat similar reminder method.
Tuning a silicone wristband for each Reiki symbol is a very simple process. Most everyone has a silicone wristband lying around the house. The least expensive ones I have found thus far are at the LiveStrong website that cost $ 10.00 for a package of 10 (plus shipping).
Place your wristband next to your audio speaker as shown in the video and play the video two times or approximately 20 minutes at a moderately loud volume setting. No need to stay in the room while tuning as the audio may be uncomfortable. The volume is set high so that the electromagnetic field from the electrical audio coil in your speaker is strong enough to tune the wristband. You can also tape the wristband on to the speaker. One can also tune the wristband in its package as the electromagnetic field will go through plastic. You can read more about tuning material on the “Sample Frequencies” page.
Wear the wristband tuned to Sei Heki on your left wrist and the Dai Ko Myo on your right. You will immediately feel an increase in the flow of loving energy through your hands. Enjoy and help yourself and others with the hand positions for self healing.
You can listen to both the Dai Ko Myo and Sei Heki symbols as a combined audio in the video here.
I would like to share with you a short testimonial of encouragement. You can certainly listen to the Reiki symbol audio tones at the above link, but there really is something very special about tuning individual silicone wristbands. Even if you have always thought that you cannot sense the loving flow of the energy or felt that you were not as strong in the flow as others, you may be pleasantly surprised. The gift of the tuned silicone wristbands is especially dedicated to those who left Reiki and have forgotten what it feels like. If you have received a Reiki initiation in the past, I can almost guarantee you will detect the Reiki flow as your hands heat up wearing the tuned wristbands. They are a reminder of what Reiki is all about. The gift is for performing the hand positions for self treatment while being in this loving flow.
Dai Ko Myo and Sei Heki came back into my awareness only just recently. Yes, even after years of practicing self healing methods and sharing healing with loved ones, I had forgotten what Reiki felt like. So now I share this gift, this Reiki reminder in the form of tuned silicone wristbands, for former Reiki practitioners to reconnect with the loving flow once again.
