Back in 1998 I began writing a short 29 page E-book on energy awareness and self healing that has changed over time as I integrated and learned new insights about hands on healing, weak electromagnetic fields in nature and my place on the spiritual path . My current work with tuning the molecular structure of materials such as silicone wristbands using designer electromagnetic fields and replicating weak fields in nature is a direct result of trying to understand the outer expression of hands on healing. My work at this web site, www.helpfulwaves.com, is all about sharing what I have discovered and refined over the years.
